Stuffed peaches, called in Piedmontese dialect "Persi Pien", are a delicious Piedmontese dessert that originates from the peasant tradition. In our area, in Val Maira, summer would not be complete without stuffed peaches. Every family has its own recipe and every grandmother keeps her own secrets.
