ABOUT DRONERESIS AND OUR PRODUCTS:
• WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DRONERESIS AND CUNEESE?
The substantial difference is that the Droneresi are not covered in chocolate but have two external meringues. This actually makes the product unique and not replicable with machinery (which instead can happen with cuneesi, not in our case as our cuneesi are also handmade ) as well as the wrapping which still remains totally manual .
• HOW LONG DO DRONERESIS "LAST"?
As we always recommend, Droneresi should be eaten fresh : despite a fairly long "shelf-life", our products have organoleptic characteristics that give their best in the first weeks after purchase. We produce Droneresi every day, so you can be sure that the Droneresi you order are only a few days old, which makes them perfect for immediate consumption or as a gift.
• HOW CAN I STORE DRONERESIS IN THE BEST WAY?
🌡 Always keep below 22°C, away from sun rays or heat sources
☔ Store in a cool and dry place
👃 Keep away from strong smells
• SHOULD I KEEP DRONERESIS IN THE REFRIGERATOR ?
It may be necessary if the ambient temperature is higher than 22°C and therefore the chocolate could be affected. Otherwise an ambient temperature of 18/20°C does not affect the quality of our products.
• DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL RETAILERS? WOULD YOU LIKE TO BECOME A DEALER OF OUR PRODUCTS?

• CAN I TRUST TO BUY ONLINE?
With the experience gained over the years (we opened our e-commerce in 2015) we have seen that the online channel is the best channel to make our products better known. The speed of delivery guarantees the absolute freshness of our products, so unique and particular, that in many cases, in a shelf of any shop, they would not be fully exploited
• HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER MADE?
To modify an order placed, you must contact us by email no later than 30 minutes from the conclusion of the order. The order number (#O...) and the modification to be made must be indicated. We reserve the right not to make the change if this is requested after the order has already been sent to the warehouse.
If the difference in monetary terms is in favor of the customer, we will refund this amount. If, on the other hand, it is in favor of our store, we will give indications on how to proceed.
• HOW CAN I CHANGE THE NEWLY DONE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
To change the shipping address of an order recently placed, you must contact us by email as soon as possible. The order number (#O...) and the correct shipping address must be indicated.
• WHERE CAN I FIND PAST ORDERS?
You can find the orders placed in the past by accessing your Pasticceria Brignone account. To do this, just click on the little man on the top right of the site (both from a PC and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during the purchase) and the password of your account. We will find the details of all the orders made up to that moment.
If you no longer remember your password , just click on "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and immediately receive the email to be able to choose a new password. At this point we redo the procedure to access the account, and we will find the details of the orders made.
If, on the other hand, the account has not yet been created , just click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and then access our account where we will find the details of the orders made.
If you had an account on our old site, the data has not been migrated: just place an order from scratch.
• CAN I PURCHASE MORE PIECES OF THE SAME PRODUCT?
It is absolutely possible, for each product you can buy multiple quantities. It is possible to increase the quantity in the box with the number 1 near the product, or in the cart or still in the check-out phase.
• HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
The return can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the product, if it follows our return policies. If yes, this is the procedure to follow:
Step 1: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days from receipt of the product with the subject "Order return #O..."
Step 2: indicate in the email the order number, the product you want to return and the reason
Step 3: you will receive an email approving/rejecting the return (according to our return policies, which you can see on the appropriate page below) with the necessary instructions to continue
Step 4: you will have to go to the nearest/preferred shipping office and send the package (use our box if possible) to the address indicated
Step 5: when we receive the package and only after checking its integrity, we will proceed with the refund of the returned item/s
Under normal conditions, delivery times in Italy are 24/48h from the moment the order is taken over by the warehouse, which takes place within 24h from the order placed on the site.

• WHEN IS THE COST OF SHIPPING CALCULATED?
The cost of shipping is calculated during the payment phase, in the phase following the cart with the list of selected products. As you can see in the cart at the bottom we find the item "Subtotal" which indicates the total cost of the products and immediately below we find the item "Taxes included and shipping costs calculated at the time of payment" which indicates that the Subtotal must be added shipping cost, which for example in Italy up to 5kg is €6.99
Shipping is always FREE for orders over €79.00
